Refund & Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule a confirmed consultation once, free of charge, provided you inform us at least 24 hours before the appointment. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 93341 60211 and we will offer the next available slot.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment are eligible for a full refund. Within 24 hours of the appointment, the fee is non-refundable, as chart preparation has already been carried out.

If Acharya Jitendra must cancel or postpone for any reason, you will be offered the choice of an alternative slot or a full refund, at your discretion.

Fees for completed consultations are not refundable, since the service — chart study, discussion and written summary — has been delivered. Astrological guidance is advisory in nature and refunds are not offered on the basis of outcomes.

If you are unreachable at the confirmed time, we will attempt contact twice within 15 minutes. If the appointment cannot proceed, it is treated as completed and is not refundable, though we will always try to accommodate a genuine emergency.

Course fees may be refunded in full if cancelled before the first session. After the first session, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
